Personal project in collaboration with Debora Westra.
The blocks in the work correspond (partly) to the box of blocks that Tsjisse used to have and played with a lot. He used to built city for city; worlds that his imagination would run away with. Cityscape is an attempt to relive the playing. The work is never finished and remains in motion, it has to
be played with, so new landscapes are constantly emerging. Side by side we build new blocks to expand and build
the city.
