Tsjisse Talsma’s drawings have a movement to them, brushstrokes and pencil marks are swift but refined, creating illustrations that capture a moment.
Lucy Bourton  — It’s Nice That
Talsma’s illustrations can be described as abstract forms that need to be examined to be understood. They’re brilliant, as those that take their time will see.
Willem van Roosmalen — Founder & Creative Director Fontanel magazine
I've received so many compliments on the cover - you really did a wonderful job.
Ciska Rae Ulug — Author of Planting Possibilities
Tsjisse, you have been so wonderful and professional to work with, thank you for accommodating our crazy requests and for your beautiful illustrations that truly brought our audio to life
Rosa Gollan — Producer WQXR Radio
Thank you for your flexibility when we changed our minds a million times and for making all of the last minute edits we asked of you. There were so many things that made this project difficult, but you were kind & patient with us and probably the best person we worked with.
Melissa Foster — Project Manager at New York Public Radio
It has been an absolute dream to work with you, and the illustrations really made the project! I can't tell you enough how grateful we are and hope to work with you again very soon.
